Cancellation Policy

Dear valued customer, We're absolutely thrilled to set up your appointment with our specialist. To ensure everything goes smoothly, we kindly ask that you apply two drops of olive oil in each ear minimum three nights before and on the morning of your appointment. If you're scheduling in advance, please remember to apply olive oil in both ears minimum at least 3 days before your appointment. This simple step really makes a difference and ensures a smoother experience for you. If, for any reason, this step isn't completed, please be aware that there may be an additional charge for a follow-up visit if the audiologist can't remove the wax in either ear. Your cooperation in following this guideline is greatly appreciated. In the rare case that no wax is found, not to worry! Your audiologist will still provide a thorough Ear Health Check at a cost equivalent to half of the consultation fee. This ensures you receive comprehensive care tailored specifically to your needs.
